We are a three-bedroomed Bed & Breakfast property and have very limited facilities for people with mobility issues. Please also note that our location is on a sloping road/hill with no pavements throughout the hamlet. The outside areas are on three separate, stepped levels. Unfortunately, we do not have ground floor accommodation available at the present time. Access to the three bedrooms is via graduated stairs and off a level landing.
At present we can only provide menus in large print. Currently, we do not have other facilities to aid those who are visually impaired, however, we are happy to discuss ways we could assist sight impaired guests.
Our fire alarms are all wired to the mains and connected to each other. When one goes off they all do. They all have green lights which turn red in the event of a fire. The noise from the alarms is loud and high pitched and situated on the landings. We do not have special alarms fitted to each room for hearing impaired at the current time. We also do not have hearing loops or other aids.
